I need more of an opinion than anything else.?

I have recently, as in the past 3 months, gained about 1 lbs, mostly due to stress and a lack of time to go to the gym, take care of myself, etc. However, I now have a small lump in my lower left abdomen, where if you press down and can feel the lump, it is either on/above/near my ovary. Is there any disease/condition/anything that these coincide with?
